PP368 - A Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge from Jaydee

 Hi Everyone.  Jaydee here.  Thanks to all of you who played along with Claire's fabulous sketch last week.  Every week you make it so hard for us to choose our winners - and we appreciate that you play along with us.

It is my pleasure to host our Paper Players challenge this week and I have a tic-tac-toe challenge for you.
