And now for our Headliner:

There were some fabulous floral cards in this week's gallery and I loved them all, but I was captivated by Jan's simple landscape and kept coming back to it. Each colour plays a distinct role in Jan's mountain scene and the combination of background stamping and diecut trees adds depth to the simple scene. A sentiment label with an additional touch of navy complete this pretty card. Congratulations Jan on being my Headliner this week!

Again, thank you to everyone for playing along with us.  Congratulations to all our winners! Please be sure to pick up your badges here. We hope you will display them proudly.  Come back tomorrow for a fun Clean-and-Simple Challenge from Laurie!

Challenge #589 winners

Thanks to all of you who played along with our Birds and Bees challenge this week.  It was wonderful to see so many different types of cards in the gallery and, as always, you made it very hard for us to choose our winners.

Before we get to our winners, a shout out to Gayle who submitted a card to our gallery celebrating 52 years together with her hubby!  That's an amazing achievement but, what caught my eye was the sentiment - after all those years, she still felt they were meant to be!  Gayle - congratulations to you both on this amazing milestone!

Now, on to our winners.  Before we get to our headliner - let's see what caught the eye of our design team:

 And now for our Headliner:

Lucie G
LucieG Cards

Lucie's card is absolutely stunning.  The subtle honeycomb in the background, the splatters, the beautifully colored elements are brought together in such an artistic way.  I also love how the sentiment is tucked behind the leaf.  Lucie, congratulations on being our HEADLINER this week and, thank you for enabling me!  Your card inspired me so much that I HAD to go buy these dies!

I hope you will come back and join us again tomorrow.  Joanne has a fabulous COLOR challenge for us.

PP589 - A Theme Challenge from Jaydee

Jaydee here and it's my pleasure to host our Paper Players challenge this week - and it's theme week!  When I came up with this challenge, I hadn't expected Spring to be quite so late here in Minnesota but for many of our players - spring is here and the birds and the bees will be active in your area.  Before we get to our challenge - thank you to all of you who played along with Joanne's fabulous sketch last week.  It was wonderful to see so many different takes on the sketch.

Here's our challenge for this week:

And let's take a look at what inspired our design team:
