Hello Players, Jaydee here.  A huge shout out to all of you who played along with our 800th challenge last week.  We appreciate your support every week.  An even bigger shout out to those of you who have been playing along with our challenges regularly during our 16 years.  We wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't for you!

PP800 Challenge Winners

Happy Saturday, Stampers! Ann here with our winners. This challenge was a very special one for The Paper Players, as it marked our 800^th challenge. To celebrate we used our very first sketch, which made its debut 16 years ago.  What a fabulous variety of cards you created for us! Flowers, holidays, dragons and more graced the gallery this week.

Who can resist a purple dragon hugging a unicorn? Silke's beautifully colored dragon and unicorn, paired with the perfect sentiment, melted my heart. The arched embossed panel adds rich texture, as does the ribbon and bow. The various shades of purple are lovely together. Congratulations on being my Headliner, Silke!

PP800!!! - A Sketch Challenge from Ann

Hi, stamping friends! It's Ann! I have the pleasure of hosting a very special challenge this week. Before I get to the details, however, we would like to thank everyone who played in Claire's Clean and Simple Fall challenge. Your Fall cards put us in the mood for autumn hues, changing leaves, cool temps, and everything pumpkin.

On June 7, 2010, a new challenge blog hit the scene - The Paper Players! For over 16 years we have been providing you with weekly inspiration, and we are still going strong. This week, in honor of our 800th challenge, we will recreate our very first sketch. It's a sketch that has stood the test of time, and perfect for showing off images, paper and die cuts...anything your heart desires. We can't wait to see what YOU create. PP799 - A Clean-and-Simple Challenge from Claire

Hello, everyone!  Claire  here with our newest challenge! Thank you so much to everyone who played along with Stef's color challenge last week!  It's always fun to see what you create!   This week our challenge is Clean and Simple  with a Fall theme! There are endless ideas for this theme.  I really don't know anyone who doesn't love Fall. So, HAVE FUN!

Remember to keep everything to a minimum!  At The Paper Players, we take Clean and Simple to mean a design that is uncluttered with lots of white space and few embellishments or layers. Here we go:
