Nancy Leppek - Scrapper at Heart
I absolutely adored Nancy's Hey Girl Hey card. The bold sentiment immediately called out to me. Of course, I adored the flowers and the cute polka-dotted paper. The stripes were a wonderful way to showcase the challenge colors. Congratulations, Nancy, for being my choice for Headliner this week!
