Stef's beautifully stenciled background was a stunning backdrop for her gorgeous die cut blooms. The petals were colored to perfection, and accented with just the right amount of bling. Who wouldn't LOVE to receive this card in the mail! Congratulations, Stef, on being my choice for Headliner this week!
