I love the layering and pastel plaid of Jo Ann's panel that compliments her background texture perfectly. Alongside those soft pink blooms which frame her sentiment with just the right amount of bling, her card is the perfect way to send spring birthday wishes. Congratulations JoAnn on being my headliner this week!
