Meet the "Fall" Design Team

September is here and with it comes our newly appointed Fall Design Team.  We just had an excellent time with our Summer Design Team and are sad to see them go!  Thank you for all of your hard work ladies!

Without further ado, I would like to introduce our Fall Design Team:

Julie Marshall-Fall Design Team (September-December):

Hi All! My name is Julie Marshall and I am stamping with you from the beautiful state of Arizona. It was here 13 years ago that I started paper crafting. I was invited to a scrapbook party and fell in love with 'collecting' paper, stickers, templates and all kinds of fun stuff. I dabbled in that for years...I say dabbled because I've only ever completed one whole album. Then in 2006, I took a walk on a freeway (yes, we get to do that here before they open it) and told my husband and son, "Just one more booth". The lady at that booth just happened to be an SU! Demo that was handing out retired catalogs. That catalog changed my crafty world. I have been making cards ever since and became a demo in 2009. I love designing cards and seeing the smiles that they bring to those I give them to. I am just super excited to be a Guest Designer here with the Paper Players and I hope my passion of card making provides you with a little bit of inspiration!

Tara Bilbao-Fall DT (September-December):

Hello friends ! My name is Tara Bilbao and I live in Long Beach in beautiful Southern California. I have always been a crafter but fell in love with stamping and Stampin’ Up! approximately 13 years ago. In May of 2009 I made the decision to become a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and now get to share my love/obsession of stamping with my friends and family. I am the proverbial Mom’s Taxi service and most days can be found driving my kids, Megan and Jake, to school and their sports activities. I have been with my handsome husband for 27 years ( yes, we started dating when we were 7:)). When the kids and my hubby are tucked away for the evening, I get to stamp, create and relax in my craft closet . I am very honored to be chosen as a guest designer for The Paper Players. I hope my creations inspire you to play along with each challenge as the amazingly talented design team has inspired me.

Sandra Conner-Guest Designer (September):

Hey there, my name is Sandra Conner, I have been paper crafting since 2005 when I went to my very first Stampin' Up! workshop. It was a light bulb moment when I knew that I found my niche. Card making and paper crafting just called to me and became part of who I am. I am a stay at home mom to two wonderful children, Mackie, my girl who is 13, and our baby boy Tate, who we were finally blessed with in 2009. My wonderful husband Chris has his dream career, and now I really enjoy my "job" as a SU demo. It is great having so much fun doing what I love. I love to create, share, and teach what I have learned and that is why I applied for the position of Guest Designer. I am very honored that I was chosen, and I will do my best to inspire you! Enjoy!

Cindy Hall-Guest Designer (October):
Hi! My name is Cindy Hall, and I live in beautiful Naples, Florida with my soul mate, Bryce. I began stamping over two years ago when my friend introduced me to a local ‘Stamp Camp’. When I left that afternoon, I realized that I hadn’t thought about anything stressful for over four hours, and I was hooked (it made for a good sell to my husband, too!). I am a full-time bookkeeper/office administrator. Paper crafting is my much-needed therapy. I joined Stampin’ Up! in March of this year, strictly as a hobby demonstrator. After learning more about the wonderful opportunities offered by Stampin’ Up! as a career demonstrator, I decided to start building my stamping business while doing something that I love: creating and sharing with friends. I love playing along with The Paper Players, and I’m so grateful and honored to be chosen as a Guest Designer. The wonderfully talented designers at The Paper Players have influenced and inspired me so much, and I only hope that I can pass it on.

Susan Joyce-Guest Designer (November):
Hi Friends, my name is Susan Joyce. I live in Moora, a small country town in the heart of the Central Midlands region, approximately 200km North of Perth our capital city in Western Australia. I have been stamping for 11 years and was introduced to stamping in 2000 by my very dear friend Nicolle Horton. After attending Nicolle's classes I was hooked, we would meet and stamp on a weekly basis, encouraging each other with new ideas and projects until Nic moved to Perth. I first saw a Stampin' Up! catalogue in 2004, and was very impressed with all the products and how the card, stamp pads and markers co-ordinate together. So when Stampin' Up! came to Australia in 2006 I joined up as a Demonstrator and haven't looked back. I am totally addicted and very passionate about my stamping and love to challenge myself by doing as many challenges as I can each week. I am not a big Scrapper but I don't mind doing an odd page, I prefer to do cards and 3D projects. My dear husband Graham is very supportive and travels with me to Convention, Stamp Camps and to Perth for meetings and is always keen to offer his opinion if I am having a Mojo moment. We also have a furry feline "Maisie" who rules the house, especially my stamping desk until she receives the required amount of attention before she will leave. We have three children all married, living in Perth and four darling Grand-daughter's and one gorgeous Grandson. I am honoured to be able to share some of my projects as The Paper Players Guest Designer for November. I hope I can inspire you to join in and "have a go" (as they say in Australia) at doing the challenges.

Rita Wright-Guest Designer (December):
I am so excited to get to spend a bit more time with awesome ladies here at The Paper Players. I started doing paper crafts about seven years ago when a friend encouraged me to scrapbook my wedding photos. I never intended to do anything beyond that, yet here I am. Making my first card really got me hooked and I’ve been making them for almost four years now. I try to stamp something every day because of the joy and satisfaction that comes with creating. I’m a challenge addict and give them credit for strengthening my skills and encouraging me to stamp more.
I’m still in the process of figuring out what I want to be when I grow up. If professional student ever becomes lucrative, I will have found my dream job as I love learning new things. For now I’m enjoying being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and sharing my love of stamping with others. I am blessed to have an amazing husband who spoils me rotten, cooks me dinner every night, and tolerates my collection of cats.

Make sure you get out there to check out their blogs which will be linked up to their photos on the sidebar very soon!  I promise!!!

Thanks for stopping by!  Our first challenge with the Fall Design team will be on Sunday, September 4th.

Smiles,
