Colleen's handsome penguin quartet are dressed so stylish in their scarves and hats. I love how she used the colors for their clothing, the balloons and the beautiful blended sky. Everything about this card makes me smile. The sentiment is just perfect and the inside of the card is just as special! Congratulations Colleen, YOU are my HEADLINER this week!
