With her pink hat, boots and scarf, this little cute is ready to brave the flurry of snowflakes in order to take her pet penguin on a walk.  Lisa has colored this adorable girl to perfection in these soft, subtle colors. The embossing adds such lovely texture. I love the trios of embellishments. Of course, who can resist the penguin. Congratulations, Lisa, for being my choice for Headliner this week!
