And my choice for Headliner is...

Windy Ellard


There was just something about that big star with the fun sentiment in the center that really 
appealed to me!  The colors are bold and trendy and those papers all coordinate so nicely!

    LeAnn, I am literally screaming...thank you so much for choosing my card as headliner! I do not think I have ever had a card chosen in one of your challenges though play regularly so I am very excited! Have a wonderful week! Hugs!
