Winners for PP200: Our Celebration Challenge!

Hi Players!  Thank you so much to everyone who helped us celebrate our 200th Challenge!  We loved seeing some new faces as well as so many of our loyal friends!  This week we have a special guest selecting our Headliner.....our founder, Lesley Croghan!  It seemed only fitting that Lesley should select our Headliner for such a milestone challenge and we can't wait to see which project she selected.   We also have the winner of ALL the DT cards--chosen from all the participants by Random.org but....

Before we get to the headliner and our random winner, let's see what caught the eye of the design team:
Ann's Choice - Bonnie
Bonnie's one-layer card caught my eye immediately.  While the needlepoint border is the perfect accent, the boldly colored blossom steals the show. Congratulations, Bonnie! You are my choice for A Cut Above!

LeAnne's Choice - Theresa
Theresa's Studio

Theresa's gorgeous one-layer creation appealed to me on many levels!  The soft green background was a perfect foil for that elegant floral design, and the simple sentiment complemented it perfectly!  The embossing made the whole image really stand out!  Congrats, Theresa, for being my Cut Above this week!

Sandy's Choice - Vicki Burdick
I was totally wowed by Vicki's gorgeous corner garden! Her coloring is just exquisite and the single popped-up flower adds so much dimension. A simple frame finishes off this creation perfectly. Congrats, Vicki! You are my Cut Above!

Jaydee's choice: Helen
Helen's water colored butterfly is gorgeous.  I love the scored base that adds so much interest to the card, but leaves so much wonderful white space that showcases the sentiment and the butterfly.  CAS perfection.  Congratulations on being my CUT ABOVE.

Nance's choice: Linda Beeson
Paper Cutting Kind of Day
One-layer cards are often a challenge so when a fabulous one-layer creation comes along, it makes me sit up and take notice!  With it's bright, happy colors and perfectly flowing layout, Linda's card did that very thing.  Bold colors offset with plentiful white space and sweet little butterflies, speckles and spots.  All this adds up to a card that is A Cut Above!  Congratulations, Linda!

Anne Marie's Choice: Heidi Weaver
Not only is the color combo fabulous but I just love how Heidi combined the different stamp sets to create such a beautiful scene. The pop of texture from the embossing and the cool ribbon treatment really finish the card off perfectly. Congratulations to you, Heidi! You are my pick for A Cut Above this week.

And now, Lesley's choice for Headliner:
Gem S.

Hi everyone! Lesley here. Wow! What a wonderful turnout for the 200th Challenge! The Paper Players Challenge has a special place in my heart as it was the first challenge I started and the ladies on this team are both lovely and talented! I was touched that they asked me to choose the winner for the 200th Challenge. I was immediately drawn to Gem's gorgeous box! I loved the pretty arrangement of flowers and stems. The soft blue mixed with the texture of the dots looked perfect with the scripty font! A gorgeous project indeed! Congrats, Gem.

Thanks, Lesley!  And the fun's not over yet!  Selected from all the particpants by Random.org, the recipient of all the Challenge #200 Design Team cards is.....#5 Sunday Stamper!!  Woot, woot!  Sunday Stamper, please email your snail mail address to <nleedy@cox.net> by Wednesday June 25th and we will send all the DT cards out to you!

Congratulations to all of the winners! Don't forget to add your badges to your blogs!  Again, thank you to everyone for playing along with us.  Not just in this challenge but for all the previous challenges.  Your participation keeps us motivated!  We hope you will join us again tomorrow for a fun sketch from Nance!
