Hello Stampers! It's Claire and I am the hostess this week. It is the fifth week of the month, so it's time for Tic-Tac-Toe. Before we get to the board, The Paper Players would like to thank you for playing along with Ann's sketch challenge last week. We loved seeing all your beautiful cards using three panels.
