Elisa
I loved Elisa's bright and bold colors. The overlapping banners with the cut out stars make this card feel so festive and I loved the way Elisa carried the stars to the sentiment as well. That bold sentiment with the "4 ever" right on top made me smile. The scalloped edges added to the fun of all those wonderful shapes. Such a celebratory friendship card. Congratulations, Elisa, you are my HEADLINER this week
