Lynn Hoyt rocked this challenge with a beautiful, masculine card in shades of blue. Her watercoloring gave the illusion of truly being out on the deep blue sea! The fussy cut anchor and baker's twine were the perfect accents. Congrats, Lynn, on being my choice for Headliner this week!
