WINNERS for PP250 - Claire's Theme Challenge

WOW!  Claire here, and I am amazed at all of the creative summer treat cards this week!  THANK YOU for playing along with my challenge!  I loved visiting all of your blogs and reading your posts!  You certainly made it difficult for the Design Team to select the winners.

Rosemary's popsicles stole my heart!  I love everything about this card!  The monochromatic Coastal Cabana colors and the star garland make these silvery glimmer popsicles look delicious!  The sentiment is perfect for a hot summer day!  Congratulations, Rosemary!
