And now on to our HEADLINER:
Monika
I love Monika's beautiful, bold, florals they really do make a statement. The watercoloring of the tulips works so well and the colors have stayed crisp and clean between them. This card is a great reminder of how much detail can go into a One Layer Wonder. The red spatters across the bottom remind me of other little flowers among the bed of tulips. Fabulous card, Monika. Congratulations on being our HEADLINER this week.
