PP773 Challenge Winners

Happy Saturday, everyone!  Hello crafty friends!  Stef here to announce the winners of PP773. I want to thank everyone so much for playing along with my CAS challenge!! Your cards were delightful, celebrating birthdays with balloons!

Before we get to my Headliner for this week, let's see what caught the eye of the team:

Cindy's card is so bright and cheerful with the large party balloons and streamers coming down the card.  I love how vibrant the colors are, and she was able to keep her festive card perfectly CAS.  Congratulations, Cindy, you're my Headliner this week!
