PP342 Challenge Winners

Hi Everyone.

What a wonderful gallery again this week.   I love how many variations you can get on a single theme with a Tic Tac Toe and you guys rocked the board and you made it tough for us to choose our winners.    A huge thank you to everyone who played along.

Now, before we get to my choice for Headliner, let's see what caught the eye of the Design Team.

And the Design Team selections for A Cut Above are....

1. Valentyna's choice: Love Linda's beautiful tiny watercolored flowers and splashes on background.	2. Claire's Choice: Amanda's fun card is so vibrant and FUN! The watermelon looks good enough to eat!	3. Joanne's Choice: Karren's vibrant pink roses pop against the white; love the punched dot detail too!	4. Deanne's Choice: Linda's strawberries are so summery! I am loving this fresh card!
5. Crystal: Vicki's beautiful hibiscus garden card with a brand new stamp set was beautiful! Congrats	6. Nance's choice: Annie masterfully mixed blues & greens for a gorgeous frame to her sentiment--bravo!	7. Sandy: I just love Nonni's gorgeous coloring of this beautiful floral bouquet!	8. Laurie's choice:Wanda's card caught my eye right away...so bright and cheerful! Congrats!
9. LeAnne's Choice: Julie's negative die-cut flowers are amazing ! Fresh as a daisy! Congrats!

The GrandStampede

Shawna's gorgeous water lily took my breath away.   The water background is the perfect backdrop to the flower.  The mottled leaves add dimension and reality.  A totally stunning focal point.  The "smile" is perfectly positioned and I love the popped up sentiment.  Add to all of that, the circular focal point and wonderful white background - and it is a truly gorgeous card.  Congratulations, Shawna, you are my HEADLINER this week.

There were so many wonderful cards to chose from, but I kept coming back to Mona's. Not only was I drawn to the pretty combination of gingham and floral, but the spray of flowers has such great movement and so many delicious layers. Congrats Mona, you are my headliner this week!

PP340 - A CAS Challenge from LeAnne

Hello stampers! LeAnne here! It was wonderful to see all the beautiful creations using Joanne's color palette last week!  We truly enjoyed each and every one!  Today, I have a clean-and-simple challenge....On the Go!  We want to see some sort of vehicle on your clean and simple cards!  Remember....try to use minimal layers and embellishments...use your imagination and get those stamps inky!  Can't wait to see what you create!

There were some fabulous cards in the gallery this week, but I found myself particularly drawn to Colleen's beautifully coloured falling flowers. The random yet perfectly placed images, combined with the added interest of the contrasting textured panel across the bottom with simple diecut sentiment made Colleen's card my clear choice for Headline this week - congratulations!
