PP302 - A Theme Challenge from Sandy

Hi everyone! Sandy here with a new challenge for you. First off, thanks so much to everyone who played along with Joanne’s sketch challenge. It was so much fun to see all your interpretations.

We also have an announcement to make. We’ve been so thrilled with our Guest 

Designers, Linda, Hannelie and Colleen, that we asked them to stay on for another six months. We are SO excited that they all agreed. Hooray! 

Now for today's theme challenge, Christmas in July! What better way to cool down from the steamy summer temperatures than with a frosty holiday card. Cards for any winter holiday are welcome. We can’t wait to see what you create, but first let’s check out what the DT has for your inspiration:

There were some wonderful entries in the gallery this week, but I kept coming back to Tenia's fun oriental penguin. I love the splash of red from the background panel and the washi tape corners, but the punny sentiment and googly eyes make this card a winner. Congratulations Tenia on being my headliner this week!

Challenge Winners PP300

As we close our 300th challenge, we wanted to thank all of you for playing along.  The cards in the gallery were amazing this week and we want to thank all of you that took the time to leave us a message congratulating us.   We really appreciated each and every one of them.   The reason we have made it to 300 challenges is because of our wonderful Players.

I immediately fell in love with Bobby's Chinese lantern card.  The bright colors of the lanterns with the matching confeti of splatters/speckles is so festive.  I love that she stopped the splatters just above the sentiment.  A card that is CAS perfection - yet so full of interest and texture.  Gorgeous.  Congratulations on being my Headliner for our 300th birthday challenge!

PP300 - A CAS Celebration from Jaydee

Hi Everyone.   Welcome to a VERY special Paper Players Challenge this week.   Today we celebrate our 300th challenge.  This is such a huge occasion for us and we are thrilled to one of our original Players back with us this week.   We have all of you to thank for helping us to reach this milestone.  Without your participation and support we would never have made it to 300 challenges.

Now on to this week's challenge... It's a Clean and Simple theme challenge from Jaydee: Celebration!
