PP251: A Sketch Challenge from Nance

Greetings friends!  Nance here, excited to bring you this month's sketch challenge.  However, before I show you our challenge, there are some changes to tell you about.  Sadly, this is our last challenge with our amazing Guest Designers Debbie, Karren and Shannon.  We are so grateful for their creativity, kinship and hard work over these last 6 months.  We're going to miss you gals---thank you, thank you!  Also, our dear friend Anne Marie will take a leave of absence from the team.  We are going to miss her dearly but will be right here waiting for her when she returns and we know you will be too!

So, how about a little sketch?!  I hope you like it and it inspires you to join in the fun.  Let's see what the design team has created for you...

Rosemary's popsicles stole my heart!  I love everything about this card!  The monochromatic Coastal Cabana colors and the star garland make these silvery glimmer popsicles look delicious!  The sentiment is perfect for a hot summer day!  Congratulations, Rosemary!

PP250: A CAS Challenge from Claire

Hello Stampers!  Happy Father's Day to all the Dads!

I am the hostess this week and I have a fun challenge!  But, before we introduce it, a huge thank you to all of you who participated in Sandy's color challenge.  We were amazed at all the fabulous entries!

Since the summer solstice is here, we would love for you to create a Clean and Simple Project with "Summer Treats"!  Be creative and remember, it does NOT have to be ice cream!  Put on those thinking caps and start stamping!

What's not to love about Michelle's adorable card? The rocking horse image is so cute, and she colored it to perfection. I also love the stitched layers and the fun sentiment font. And she used my favorite embellishment: enamel dots! Congratulations, Michelle! You really rocked the colors!

Wetlands is a classic set for masculine cards, yet Wendy's card really rings the changes with her DSP background and fussy cut grasses which add so much structure, texture and detail. These combined with the yellow diecut 'thanks' make for a rather special masculine card, made all the more so by Wendy's accompanying blog post that touched my heart. Congratulations Wendy on being my Headliner this week!

              Darnell has been taking water coloring classes and created this beautiful card for the challenge! I just love the leaf embossed mask with the pretty splattering. The tiny heart on the sentiment "hope" is SO sweet! Congratulations, Darnell!
