PP279 Challenge Winners

What a bevy of beautiful creations with our sketch challenge!  It is such a treat to see how each artist interprets the lines of the sketch.  Thank you all for playing along with us each week--your participation makes it all worthwhile!

Before we get to my choice for Headliner, lets see what caught the eye of the design team:

And now, my choice for Headliner:

Katy McGloin
Be still my heart, Katy's sweet card is bursting with springtime cheer! With a fresh color scheme that is bright and happy, I can almost feel the wind blowing the kite around.  I love how she used the layering elements of the sketch to create her scene and the background stamping adds so much dimension and texture.  My favorite part just might be the way the kite trails behind the tree.  For fabulous stamping and a creative take on my sketch...Katy, you're my choice for Headliner...congratulations!

Congratulations to all our winners, please pick up your badges here.  We hope you come back tomorrow for our bonus week Tic-Tac-Toe challenge from Jaydee!

PP278 Challenge Winners

Hi friends!  Thank you so much to all who played along with my CAS Valentine challenge. I know we say every week how hard it is to chose winners, but this week it was really, really hard! There were dozens and dozens of winner-worthy creations. But alas, we can only pick one…

Before we get to my choice for Headliner, lets see what caught the eye of the design team:

And now, my choice for Headliner:

    Tricia

There were so many awesome cards to chose from, but in the end those puppy dog eyes on Tricia’s card did me in! Her card had everything a CAS card should have: plenty of white space, clean lines, and a perfectly colored focal image. Congrats Tricia, you are my Headliner this week!

Congratulations to all our winners, please pick up your badges here.  We hope you come back tomorrow for a fun sketch challenge from Nance!

And now, my choice for Headliner:

Justin Krieger
Justin's card captured my heart!  When I envisioned these colors, I thought of Valentine's Day.  The layered hearts and floating arrow are perfect symbols for this special occasion.  The die cut sentiment sending hugs and kisses makes me smile!  Congratulations, Justin, you are my Headliner this week!

Congratulations to all our winners, please pick up your badges here. Please check back tomorrow for a fun Clean-and-Simple challenge from Sandy!

Whilst Marilyn's card might appear deceptively simple at first glance, the play on words that accompanies her perfectly clean and graphic design is truly inspired - what a great way to showcase a number on a card!

Congratulations Marilyn on being my headliner this week!
