Winners for The Paper Players #176: Sandy's White on White Challenge

Hi Stampers, Sandy here. WOW, you really impressed us with your stunning White on White creations this week! You made it super tough to pick a winner. Big thanks to all who played along with this challenge. Before I announce the headliner, let’s see what caught the eye of the rest of the design team:

And now...Sandy's choice for Headliner:
Brian King
Stamp with Brian

I fell in ‘love’ with the purity of Brian’s all white wonder from the moment I saw it! The rustic wood grain was a perfect background for his stunning, layered flower and I love how he kept it a pure white card by die cutting the sentiment in white, too.  It’s hard to believe he’s never made an all white card before, because he totally aced this challenge! Congrats on being my headliner for this week Brian!

This is the last challenge of the year for The Paper Players, but we’ll be back on Sunday, January 5 with a fun new challenge. Best wishes to all for a happy and healthy New Year, and we’ll see you then! Inky hugs!

Winners - Paper Players # 173 Shaped Card challenge

Jaydee here and you creative crafters made it very hard for us to choose our winners again this week.  There were some amazing out of the box creations and you all made it look easy to create shaped cards.   We really appreciate you joining us again, especially as it was a holiday week!  Before we get to my choice as headliner, let's see what caught the eye of the design team:

And now...Jaydee's choice for Headliner:
Mary

Mary's manger and stable card is perfect.  The light stream from the star, the woodgrain of the stable, the ribbon that looks like fresh hay all help to bring this card to life.  I was immediately drawn to it and found myself looking at it again and again.  Congratulations Mary, on being my Headliner this week.
I hope you enjoyed this week's winners...stop by their blogs and leave them some comment love!  Then, don't forget to join us tomorrow for LeAnne's wonderful theme challenge.

Shery

The depth and dimension Shery achieves with layers of stamped images combined with warm colors and an unexpected pop of black make for one stunning card.  I always admire the look of a seemingly random stamped background and Shery makes it look effortlessly beautiful.  A perfect sentiment and on-trend sequins complete this gorgeous CAS creation.  Congratulations, Shery, you are this week's Headliner!

Welcome friends, to The Paper Players!  Did you see all the lovely entries with Ann's color challenge last week?  We have the best players--you all amaze us each week.  This week is our Clean-and-Simple challenge and, as your hostess, I wasn't ready to give up on autumn themed projects just yet.  Although, you could certainly use this challenge to make a winter holiday card too.  You'll see one of our clever DT did just that!
This week we would like to see a Clean-and-Simple project using leaves...any leaves...any color...amaze us!  Let's take a look at some fabulous inspiration from the Design Team:

And now for Ann's choice for Headliner:
Justin

The oh-so-talented Justin Krieger blew me away again this week with his bold, "retro-meets-collage" card.  While I love the filmstrips which form the background of his card, it is the frame which blows me away.  It is a touch of the unexpected that I love to see on a card.  With its vellum, it reminds me so much of a 35mm slide, which definitely shows my age! Justin, your fun and fresh card made me smile.  Congratulations on being my Headliner this week!

Don't forget to join us tomorrow for a challenge from the awesome Nance.
