Amanda's card had me at first glance.  The colors are fresh, fun and a fabulous modern take on a baby card.  Each little element is perfectly placed and coordinated.  Love the repeating circles, stars and the way she personalized it for the recipient.  It will be a treasured greeting for years to come and we are so glad she shared it with us.   Congratulations, Amanda, you're my choice for A Cut Above!
