Hello everyone! Anne Marie here with a new weekly challenge. But before I get to that, we want to say thank you to everyone who participated in Joanne’s Clean and Simple Challenge last week. It was so fun to see everyone’s awesome projects.

The oval leaf die cut border on YoonYoung's card really caught my eye; it frames the single red and green apple and sentiment perfectly and adds detail whilst still retaining a clean and simple design overall. Such a delicate and elegant card - congratulations YoonYoung on being my headliner this week!

PP415 - A Clean-and-Simple Challenge from Joanne

Hi Everyone!  It's Joanne here with a new challenge!  Thank you to everyone that played along with Jaydee's gorgeous colour challenge - there were some fabulous entries using these gorgeous fall colours and as always you made it difficult for us to choose our  winners!

This week, I have a Clean And Simple challenge for all of you with the theme of 'apples' in celebration of Apple Day this weekend (who even knew there was such a thing!) Red or green, from Cox's Orange Pippin to Golden Delicious, any can feature. Your apple or apples can be on any kind of card from teacher thank yous to back to school cards, thanksgiving and anything in between, The main thing to remember is that it is a CAS challenge:

What do we mean by Clean and Simple?

• Minimal layers and embellishments
• Plenty of open space, aka "white" space
• Simple and uncluttered

1. Laurie's choice: I love Mary's layered card and beautiful Autumn cluster in the center. Congrats!	2. Jan's choice: Pam's die-cut gatefold and glorious leaf are stunning. Perfect use of the colours!	3. Joanne's Choice: The beautiful fall leaves on Jen's clean design showcase our colours perfectly!	4. Ann's Choice: Wanda's wreath is perfectly accented by an eye-catching background. Congrats, Wanda!
5. Sandy: I love Amy's beautiful cluster of leaves, the patterned paper, embellishments, all of it!	6. Claire Choice: Betty's fabulous stenciled bkgd is perfect for her gorgeous cups and sentiment!	7. Elizabeth's Choice: I am thankful for Su's card for many reasons...the inlaid leaves are beautiful!	8. LeAnne's Choice: Lisa's bright cheery card would brighten anyone's day! Love the bold sentiments!

Kim's gorgeous CAS creation totally stole my heart.  That wonderful bouquet of flowers, with the perfectly placed bow is the perfect focal element.  The Sentiment layer helps to ground the focal element and is perfectly placed.  Fabulous take on the challenge.  Kim, congratulations on being my HEADLINER this week.
